Participating fees: $40 per team (maximum 4 participants, 1 member of opposite gender, min. age 18 years old)

*Participants get to receive a limited edition Amazing Youth Race t-shirt & a chance for lucky draw. Lunch is provided.

• All entries must be made via official registration forms.
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted. All payments should be made by cheque, and made payable to *Chemical Industries Employees’ Union*.

• Only entries with full payment received will be deem to be registered.
• Successful applicants will be notified via email or phone. A confirmation email will be sent to all participants.
