What is KidzQuest? KidzQuest is a Young NTUC Volunteerism program supporting activities to promote quality learning for children of ages 4-6. Volunteers bring children out on learning journeys from which they can learn beyond the classroom walls.   KidzQuest Activities KidzQuest involves 2 categories of activities, Out of Class and In the Class. Out of Class activities include trips to Central Fire Station, Singapore Science Centre, Discovery Centre, Heritage Museums, Singapore Botanical Gardens and other places that have fun learning. In the Class activities include educational toy making, motor-coordination activities, art and craft in the classroom and other areas that facilitate learning.   Who is involved? Anyone with the heart can volunteer with Young NTUC. As long as you wish to do your part for society, you are welcome. FAQ: 1. How much time is required?     It is usually half a day on Saturday.   2. How often is the commitment?     It’s as often as you can commit.   3. Are there any other areas to volunteer?     We are exploring other areas and please do sign up for our E-newsletter or visit our      website to get the latest updates.   4. What skills do I need?     Many people feel that they need to possess a specific skill to do volunteer work. That's not      true. What you need is drive, passion and willingness to learn. Your skills will emerge when      you become part of a team - skills you didn’t even know you had. So start off your     volunteering journey with us now!   5. Where are the children from?     The children are from selected NTUC Childcare Centres that we collaborate with.   6. I have children who are not placed in NTUC Childcare Centres, can they join?     We are afraid not for this program as we are collaborating with selected NTUC Childcare       Centres only.
