21 May 2010  Friday 8 - 10 pm	Dim Sum For Dummies   Target Audience: Everyone - No prior knowledge required So you can tell prawn dumplings apart from siew mai. But can you find the right wine for them? We will explain how to pair wines with southeast asian cuisine, the pitfalls to avoid and how food and wine pairing works. A tasting of 3 wines will be paired with 3 varieties of dim sum.
06 May 2010 Thursday 8 - 10 pm	Wine Essentials - Beginner Wine Appreciation   Target Audience: Everyone - No prior knowledge required Interested in learning more about wine but don't have the time for a long course? This a beginner class covering the basics, such as how wines are made, how to hold your wine glasses, what to look for when shopping for wines, understanding varietals and more! A tasting of 3 wines will be served.
