Terms & Conditions

1. Each person may submit multiple entries.
2. The last entry for the competition must be submitted by 2 Aug 2010 (Monday).
3. Photographs must not contain content that can be construed as offensive, unlawful, obscene, derogatory, defamatory or racist in nature.
4. The participant must be present in the photograph. Each photograph must be accompanied by a write-up of 25 or more words, either as a photo comment or a caption.
5. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
6. 5 winning entries each will be chosen on the following dates : 12 Jul, 19 Jul, 26 Jul and 2 Aug. Entries not chosen for the first round will automatically qualify for the subsequent rounds.
7. Winners will be notified via Facebook
8. Winners will have to present a U card to collect their tickets. Each U card presented is entitled to win a maximum of 4 tickets.
9. In return for the opportunity to enter the competition, you hereby grant Young NTUC the right to publicise in any media, your name and the photograph you have taken.
10. Young NTUC reserves the right to remove any entry that contains content which it considers to be inappropriate
11. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Young NTUC’s decision shall be final. Young NTUC reserves the right to amend and modify these Terms and Conditions without notice.
